The Pacific Historic Parks staff, volunteers, and board members are honored and humbled by the wonderful outpouring of support of the travel industry. We are committed to helping our travel professionals in any way we can and hope that the tools on this page will assist you in promoting the Pearl Harbor National Memorial visit to your customer and helping them plan the best experience possible.
Over the past few years, there has been a significant number of visitor complaints stating that the tour(s) they were sold did not actually include a tour of the National Park but was really just transportation to Pearl Harbor, and their driver guide could not or would not give them a tour at the memorial park. These statements, unfortunately, are TRUE.
The National Park Service does not allow any commercial companies or private guides to provide guided tours inside the National Memorial. The ONLY APPROVED tours are the Official Multimedia and VR tours approved by the National Park Service, which also include stories from professional NPS Ranger Historians as well as Real Pearl Harbor Survivors and WWII Veterans.
Our customer service team has been working with local tour operators who are also Commercially User Licensed by the National Park Service to transport visitors to Pearl Harbor to include the new Multimedia tours into their Pearl Harbor tour packages which many Travel Professionals sell us nationally and internationally. These partner tour companies and their distribution partners, if contracted and approved, will be displaying the OFFICIAL SEAL, so when you or your guest see this OFFICIAL SEAL, you and they will know that their “Pearl Harbor Tour” actually includes one of the real tours of the National Memorial so they may understand and appreciate what they are seeing and truly appreciate this enthralling history that will touch your heart forever.
