About Us

Pacific Historic Parks began in 1979 and is lead by Aileen Utterdyke the president and CEO and today is the leading organization supporting significant historical sites in the Pacific for future generations. Through education, interpretive programs, research, preservation, and restoration, the organization works tirelessly to perpetuate the memory of events and honor the people involved in these historic Pacific locations. The specific locations supported today include four National Parks in Pearl Harbor, Kalaupapa, War in The Pacific National Historic Park in Guam and the American Memorial Park Saipan, and Diamond Head State Park on Oahu.

MISSION: To support the USS Arizona Memorial and other Pacific historic locations through education and interpretive programs, research, preservation, and restoration, to perpetuate the memory of events and honor the people involved in these sites.
