Our customer service team is here to assist you with information, sales kits, net rates, and promotional materials to help you promote Pearl Harbor and better serve your customers.
Here at Pacific Historic Parks, we appreciate the travel industry’s continued support. With the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and board, we aim to provide the tools you need to promote Pearl Harbor National Memorial and help your customers plan a meaningful experience.
In recent years, we’ve received numerous visitor complaints that the tours they booked were merely transportation to Pearl Harbor, with no guided tour of the National Park. Unfortunately, these statements are TRUE.
Reasoning: The National Park Service does not permit commercial companies or private guides to lead tours within the National Memorial. Only the Official Multimedia and VR tours are approved, featuring stories from NPS Ranger Historians, WWII Veterans, and Pearl Harbor Survivors.
Our customer service team works with local tour operators who are commercially licensed by the National Park Service. These operators include the Multimedia tours in their Pearl Harbor packages. Once approved, these partners display the OFFICIAL SEAL.
About the OFFICIAL SEAL: Tours offered by an approved partner with us will display the seal on the tour package, which helps guests know they are on a legitimate Pearl Harbor tour and, in return, helps them fully appreciate the powerful history of the National Memorial.
Our hope is that this will eliminate these complaints and, more importantly, provide a much deeper, more intense, and rewarding experience for all our visitors and your customers.
