VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW – Federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, customs duties, and like amounts in connection with the prizes are the winner’s responsibility. Must have a photo ID and authorized signature. Valid for R/T Airfare from the continental United States, Neighbor island, or Alaska to Honolulu for two (2) persons, four (4) consecutive nights in a Waikiki Hotel, Pearl Harbor Historic Site tour, dinner in Waikiki, and a Hawaii Luau between September 30th, 2025, and May 31, 2026, excludes holidays and special event time periods. Other restrictions may apply.
OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. To be eligible to enter and win, each entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty United States logging onto the Internet in the United States. Employees of Pacific Historic Parks (“PHP”) and any advertising or promotion agency associated with this giveaway and the immediate families and members of the household of any such employees are not eligible to enter or win.
HOW TO ENTER AND WIN
You must be 18 years of age or above as of the entry date. Entries received before May 25, 2025, shall be eligible for the sweepstakes drawing. Eligible entrants may enter the sweepstakes;
1. By visiting https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/su/HLxUWyO/HawaiianSweepstakes and filling out the entry form on-screen instructions to enter (limited to one entry per email address), or
2. By completing a sweepstakes entry form at one of our parks on Oahu and or [ 1] any of our state or national events (limited to one per entrant per event), or
3. By completing a PHP-issued survey form in Hawaii and handing it to a designated hotel activity desk on the island of Oahu (limited to one per visitor per park (Pearl Harbor & Diamond Head)).
As permitted by law and in accordance with Pacific Historic Parks’ Privacy Policy, Pacific Historic Parks may use information that all entrants provide about themselves to send them announcements about Pacific Historic Parks’ products and programs via electronic and ordinary mail. An entry, except where prohibited by law, constitutes a grant of permission to Pacific Historic Parks or its agents to include winners’ names on the websites of Pacific Historic Parks and in connection with a Winners’ List without further notice.
The prize winner will receive a certificate good for two (2) Round Trip Economy Airfare from a destination arrival/departure airport of the participating sponsor airline in the Continental United States, Neighbor island, or Alaska to Honolulu, 4 nights stay in a Waikiki hotel, and a special day of Pearl Harbor tours (USS Arizona Memorial, Audio and VR tours, USS Bowfin), Lunch for two (2), USS Missouri, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, Top to the tower and Fighter Ace 360 Simulator, Dinner for two in Waikiki, Diamond Head Morning Hike, Hawaii luau, and Grand Circle Island Tour valid between September 30th, 2025 to May 31st, 2026. Vacation must be booked with Pacific Historic Parks at least 90 days prior to planned arrival. There is no cash value, the prize is non-transferable, and no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the prize(s). There will be no cash or other substitutes for the prizes, except that Pacific Historic Parks reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The winner will provide a completed W-9 prior to receiving the prize and will be issued a 1099 tax form following the vacation.
ESTIMATED VALUE
The approximate retail value will be dependent on round-trip airfare costs and any price adjustments but is estimated to range between $4,200 to $6,000. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner must sign and return a waiver of liability. All prizes are “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
UNFORESEEN EVENTS
Pacific Historic Parks, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, including if Pacific Historic Parks becomes aware of any occurrence which would materially affect the promotion’s security or fairness, including but not limited to technical malfunction of the email software and/or hardware transmission failures, and virus contamination.
